Welcome to Atyno.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atyno website, applications, scheduling tools, booking pages, integrations, and related services available at https://atyno.com (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Atyno.
1About Atyno
Atyno is an online scheduling and meeting management platform that helps professionals manage their availability, create personal booking links, schedule appointments, synchronize calendars, and facilitate online meetings.
Atyno provides the technology and infrastructure for scheduling and appointment management. Atyno is not a party to agreements, consultations, services, or other arrangements made between users and their clients, customers, guests, or invitees.
2Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- "Atyno," "we," "us," or "our" means the operator of the Atyno service.
- "User" or "you" means any person who creates an Atyno account or uses the Service.
- "Booking Link" means a personal scheduling page generated through Atyno that allows other people to request or book appointments.
- "Guest" or "Invitee"means a person who books or requests an appointment through a user's Booking Link.
- "Content" means information, text, profile information, appointment details, and other materials submitted to or generated through the Service.
3Eligibility and Account
You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your Atyno account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Maintaining the security of your connected third-party accounts.
- All activity performed through your account.
- Ensuring that your use of Atyno complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not create an account or use Atyno if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4Booking Links and Appointments
Atyno allows users to publish Booking Links and define their availability for appointments.
When a Guest books an available time through a Booking Link:
- Atyno may collect the information submitted by the Guest.
- Atyno may create an appointment in the user's Atyno account.
- Atyno may create or update a corresponding calendar event when a calendar integration has been connected.
- Atyno may generate or provide an online meeting link when the relevant meeting integration is enabled.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their availability, services, pricing, cancellation rules, and other information displayed through their Booking Links are accurate.
Atyno does not guarantee that a Guest will attend an appointment or that an appointment will result in any commercial, professional, or other outcome.
5Calendar Integrations
Atyno may integrate with third-party calendar services, including Google Calendar.
When you connect a calendar, you authorize Atyno to access the calendar information and perform the actions necessary to provide the calendar synchronization features you have requested.
For Google Calendar, Atyno currently uses the following permissions:

These permissions allow Atyno to read relevant calendar information for scheduling and availability purposes and to create or manage calendar events associated with appointments created through Atyno.
Your use of Google Calendar through Atyno is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
You may revoke calendar access at any time through Atyno, where available, or directly through your Google Account settings.
6Google API User Data
Atyno's access to Google user data is limited to providing the functionality described in the Service and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Atyno does not use Google user data for advertising, sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

7Third-Party Integrations
Atyno may support integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, email providers, authentication providers, and other services.
Third-party integrations are provided subject to the availability and functionality of those third-party services.
Atyno does not control and is not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs or services.
- Third-party service interruptions.
- Third-party account restrictions.
- Third-party terms, policies, or privacy practices.
- Data processing performed independently by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.
8User Content and Responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information and content you submit to Atyno.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such information and to use it through the Service.
You must not use Atyno to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Circumvent security or access controls.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Use the Service for activities that are prohibited by applicable third-party platform policies.
9Professional and Client Relationships
Atyno is a scheduling and technology platform.
Atyno does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, educational, or other professional advice merely by providing scheduling functionality.
If you use Atyno to offer professional services, you are solely responsible for the services you provide, your professional qualifications, your relationship with your clients, and compliance with any laws, regulations, licensing requirements, or professional standards applicable to your activities.
10Service Availability
We aim to keep Atyno available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance or upgrades.
- Technical failures.
- Network or infrastructure problems.
- Third-party service outages.
- Security incidents.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.
11Free Services and Future Pricing
Atyno may offer certain features or services free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, change available features, or modify pricing in the future.
If a feature becomes paid, we will provide applicable pricing information before charging users for that feature.
12Intellectual Property
Atyno and its underlying software, interface, design, branding, trademarks, technology, databases, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Atyno and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce Atyno's software or interface.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code.
- Modify or create derivative works of the Service.
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Use Atyno's branding without permission.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without authorization.
13Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:
- The user has violated these Terms.
- The account is being used for unlawful or abusive activity.
- The account creates a security or operational risk.
- Continued access could harm Atyno, its users, or third parties.
You may stop using Atyno and request deletion of your account at any time.
Termination of an account may result in the deletion of associated information in accordance with the Atyno Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
14Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atyno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
- The Service will be completely error-free.
- Calendar synchronization will never experience delays or errors.
- Third-party integrations will always remain available.
- Every appointment will be successfully completed.
- The Service will meet every user's particular requirements.
Atyno provides scheduling and meeting-management technology and does not guarantee the performance, conduct, availability, or outcome of any user or Guest.
15Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atyno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atyno and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your violation of the rights of another person or organization.
- Content or services you provide through Atyno.
17Privacy
Your use of Atyno is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information and information obtained through connected services such as Google Calendar.

18Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of Atyno after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with Atyno.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
