Welcome to Atyno (atyno.com). Atyno is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for time management, calendar synchronization, and meeting scheduling. By registering for and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1Article 1: Definitions
- Platform: The website, web application, and all services provided under the atyno.com domain.
- Host (User): An individual who creates an account on Atyno to manage their schedule and share booking links.
- Guest (Invitee): An individual who books a time slot through a Host's shared link.
2Article 2: Account and Security
To use our services, you must provide accurate and valid identification information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Atyno utilizes industry-standard security protocols to protect data but shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Use of this service by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
3Article 3: Google Calendar Integration and Limited Use
The core functionality of Atyno involves connecting to your personal or organizational calendars (such as Google Calendar) via secure authorization (OAuth). Atyno reads your calendar events strictly to determine your “Free/Busy Status” to prevent double-booking and writes new scheduled events to your calendar. Atyno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use or store your private meeting contents for advertising, selling to third parties, or artificial intelligence training purposes.
4Article 4: Revoking Access and Data Deletion
Users reserve the right to disconnect their calendar from Atyno at any time. You may revoke Atyno's access through your Atyno account settings or directly via your Google Account Security Settings. Upon revoking access and requesting account deletion, all your synchronized data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5Article 5: Unauthorized Use and Restrictions
Creating booking links for illegal purposes, fraud, phishing, sending spam, violating international copyright laws, or harassing third parties is strictly prohibited. Atyno reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.
6Article 6: Disclaimer of Warranties
Atyno solely provides the technological infrastructure to facilitate meeting coordination. We hold no responsibility or liability regarding the content of the meetings, the quality of communications, financial agreements between Host and Guest, or no-shows. The services are provided on an “As is” basis without any express or implied warranties.
7Article 7: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, source codes, user interface design (UI/UX), algorithms, databases, and the Atyno trademark belong exclusively to this platform. Any reverse engineering, data scraping, or commercial copying of the platform is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
8Article 8: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international e-commerce laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, the primary approach will be an amicable resolution through the platform's official support channels.
